David Buddingh is an expert in marketing, strategic planning and product development for small businesses. He and his wife Jeanne co-founded the award winning Buddingh & Associates in 1994. As a veteran marketer, he advises clients using an investigative method with well thought out recommendations that result in an educated and tailor-made plan. David received his B.A. in Business Administration and MBA from Texas Tech University. While earning his MBA, David worked in market research with Texas Instruments. He has spent more than 20 years in the consumer products industry working for such companies as Texas Instruments and First Alert. David has served on various non-profit boards including most recently the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. David and Jeanne reside in Naperville.
Jeanne Buddingh is a marketing professional with a strong background in marketing, general management, and hands-on operations. She specializes in finding innovative solutions to assist clients with realizing their business potential. Jeanne is co-founder of Buddingh & Associates which recently won the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year Award 1 to 5 employee category. After earning a B.S. in Marketing at Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, she started her marketing career in the Chicago area. At this time, she reconnected with her high school sweetheart David, they married, had two children and moved to Texas where she completed her own MBA. After returning to the Chicago area, Jeanne worked as a senior executive in the cable television industry.

Pepper Erdmann started her association with Buddingh & Associates doing freelance work beginning in early 2008. She became Marketing Manager with the firm in April 2010. She brought with her a decade of experience working in marketing in the financial sector as a Marketing Product Manager for local banks. As Marketing Manager at B&A, Pepper prepares a wide-range of creative marketing and sales materials as well as strategies for delivering them. In addition, she assists with clients' online presence and web analytics. Pepper was raised in Naperville and graduated from North Central College in 2000. She met her husband at the college and the couple reside in Naperville with their two children.
